DHS-VINE is a free, confidential service that provides crime victims/witnesses, their family members, and victim advocates confidential notification of changes in custody status. Additional information is available on the ICE website.

If you are a victim of a crime under the investigative jurisdiction of ICE and cannot find information on DHS-VINE regarding your offender, that may be as a result of the information being protected by law or policy.
